Qatar and the UAE are the leading countries in Smartphone Penetration Rates. in 2015, both countries had a penetration rate of 83%. Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain follow with Smartphone Penetration rates that cross the 50% mark. In the bottom of the list Yemen, Iraq and the PA with less than 20% of Smartphone penetration rate. The Middle East with all of its Arab countries is increasing their usage in Smartphones and these numbers are forecast to increase in coming years.
