Milk formula. Total Revenue in Eastern Europe and other markets between Y2010 and Y2014

Baby milk formula consumption in developing countries has been increasing each year, as opposed to developed countries that have remained constant in their baby milk formula consumption. The more important question is why North America (who has roughly the same amount of babies aged 0-4 years old as both Western and Eastern Europe) has such a small revenue of baby milk formula? If it's caused from a lack of sales, there's a big opportunity for whoever takes that market share.
